What after-sales support covers
After installation, an automatic door or gate goes through stages that need attention: operating questions in the first weeks, changes in how the space is used, unexpected faults, routine inspection, and assessment before a decision to upgrade or replace. After-sales service brings these needs together under one technical point of contact.
Vally World provides after-sales service and technical support for automatic doors, industrial doors and gates in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia. This covers systems we installed and doors and gates installed by others. For the latter, we assess the system on site first to identify it and its condition, then explain what can be done.
The service works alongside our preventive and corrective automatic door maintenance and spare parts services, and covers systems such as automatic sliding doors, roller shutters, high-speed doors and parking gate barriers. For an overview of our approach, see our after-sales page.
What the service includes
- Technical support: answering questions on operation and correct use.
- Troubleshooting: finding the cause of stoppages or abnormal behavior methodically.
- Inspection: checking the door, motor, sensors and safety devices.
- Existing door assessment: on-site evaluation of current systems, including those installed by others.
- Repair or upgrade advice: whether repair, upgrade or replacement makes more sense.
- Settings adjustment: changing operating modes as facility use changes.
- Parts coordination: identifying required parts and confirming availability once the system is known.
- User guidance: manual operation and basic care for your on-site team.
How after-sales support works
-
Contact and describe
Tell us the issue or need, with photos or a short video of the door running, if possible.
-
Initial assessment
We review the details and decide whether remote guidance or a site visit is needed.
-
On-site inspection
A technician inspects the door, diagnoses the cause and assesses overall system condition.
-
Resolve and recommend
We fix what can be fixed and set out any further work or parts required.
-
Follow-up
Where useful, we propose a maintenance or inspection plan suited to how the facility operates.
What the service gives your facility
-
One technical contact
A single point for questions, faults and inspections instead of several suppliers.
-
Diagnosis before spending
Know the real cause before buying parts or replacing a whole door.
-
Informed decisions on older doors
A clear assessment helps you weigh repair, upgrade and replacement.
-
Operational continuity
Dealing with issues early reduces entrance downtime and its impact on operations.
-
A better-informed site team
User guidance reduces faults caused by incorrect use.
